Oooookay, let's try and remember:
England
Cyprus
Scotland
France
Germany
Luxemburg
Belgium
Netherlands
Morocco
Egypt
Spain
Menorca
Gran Canaria
Tenerife
Lanzarote
La Palma
Barcelona
Rome
Italy
Sicily
Illinois
Pennsylvania
That's all I can remember right now ^^; |
... That... that makes me a bit envious... and yet more determined to try and travel.
Flora: Hey, don't worry about the chopstick thing, there's many a foreigner that does not know how to use them. I'm sure that the staff was just concerned and though no one stepped forward, (due to shyness) I'm sure one would have offered a fork.
I know what it's like also, to be stared at. I'm 5'5", blond, pale skinned and gray eyed. You don't get much more foreign than that when you're in Japan! _________________ Maybe if I wander around long enough I'll find myself...

JJ - I love how Illinois and Pennsylvania are thrown into your list. It just amuses me.
Kita - I stopped asking for forks after someone brought me a giant spoon when I asked for a fork. It just wasn't worth it. They just seemed shocked that someone didn't know how to use chopsticks. (Cambodia isn't a huge tourist destination right now, so it's pretty rare to see foreigners.)
I've been to Canada a few times, usually near Niagara Falls, which everyone should see before they die.
I went to Germany 2 years ago, and just got back from a cruise to Alaska. I've been in several states, but the most noteworthy experiences were in Mississippi, Louisiana, Texas, Florida, and Alaska. _________________

Well, at least it's a good time to try and practice, right? Gives you motivation to do better the next time around. _________________ Maybe if I wander around long enough I'll find myself...
